Jan 31, 2012 I had my car serviced at Schoepp Motors East location and it was the best experience. I worked with a person named Mark and he helped me excellently. He was great at explaining to me what was being done and took time to answer my questions. I will for sure go back there again!

Jan 27, 2012 anywhere else I could find. It is in perfect condition. They gave me a bunch of free oil changes. They found me a car payment that was over $100 less than my bank offered me and included a 100000 mile bumper to bumper warranty with 0 deductible if I bring it in to Schoepp for service. As I was leaving the lot, I noticed there were no floor mats in the vehicle. They hooked me up instantly. Tom Williamson was an excellent salesperson. I guarantee I will be going back to Schoepp for my next vehicle. -Todd

Jan 17, 2011 from this location. Then we returned 6 years ago and bought a minivan from them. Today we returned a third time. We talked to TJ, and traded in our minivan & bought another minivan. We keep returning to this Schoepp Motors because they truly appreciate us. They gave us what we asked for, for a trade-in, without trying to get us to go down. They took $3000 off the price to show us that they were glad we returned to them for the third time. They have quality vehicles! I haven't had any issues yet! They are honest and upfront, they handed us the Car-fax report before we got around to asking for it. They are all very friendly, in every department! We will ALWAYS go to these guys first, when we want to look for a new vehicle. Because they are the best! -Kane

Jan 13, 2012 to trade in my old Lexus for a newer model. I found exactly what I was looking for online and decided to go take a look. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Mike Douglas who was more than helpful answering questions and working out the best deal possible. He was very fair and willing to work with me to make sure I would be happy with the final deal. Jan 9, 2012 to take a step up into a Nissan Murano, Kevin Bossenbroek was my sales rep, he was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. When I found the vehicle I wanted the negotiation was quick and stress free. My options were clear and I made an informed decision.The closing took 20 minutes with everything explained in detail. I purchased an 09 Nissan Murano. it was a great buying experience and recommend it to car buyers that like a fast, friendly buying experience. -Steve
Jan 7, 2012 to upgrade from our '97 Ranger. We searched online extensively around the Madison area and always came back to Schoepp for their price points and selection of vehicles. When submitting a request for more information, I was shocked to get a phone call 15 minutes later asking what we were interested in and what we were looking to pay. We setup an appointment for early in the day on Saturday and came in to test drive a 2011 Chevy HHR and talk dollars. I was appreciative of the lack of slimy, used-car salesman tactics, as Patrick Rogalla was very friendly and up front with us about the value of our trade-in and the value of the HHR. The no-nonsense approach is exactly what kept me in the building. We are now proud owners of an HHR. They didn't try and sell us anything if we said no and explained the benefits of every service that was offered. If you're looking for honest people trying to sell good cars, Schoepp is the place to come. -Craig
Jan 6, 2012 driving near Verona when I heard a loud clunk and then lots of nasty noises coming from the underside of my 2003 Toyota 4 Runner. The vehicle rolled to a stop, and there was a complete loss of power to wheels. I purchased this vehicle at Schoepp about 6 years ago. It now has 196000 plus miles on it. My immediate instinct was that this was the end of the road for this vehicle. In fact, I was so confident that my days driving this vehicle were over that I cleaned it out before turning the keys over to the service department for an assessment.. I was ready to look for a replacement vehicle. By the way did I mention that my family and I have purchased at least 4 vehicles from Schoepp over the years. Stan, and the mechanic who regularly services this car for me, suggested I proceed slowly and let them assess the damages. This afternoon, Friday January 6, 2012, the 4 Runner is back in my driveway and running like a charm. This Toyota, Schoepp Motors and me, we are kind of like a three legged stool. Neither the Toyota or Schoepp are the weak leg of the stool. That leaves you know who as the weak link! I would just like to add that; this car has been back and forth across country a number of times; it was even parked in front of the US Capitol one time to pick up some congressional employees. On the other hand, this same vehicle has been driven through and stuck in some of the deepest and most remote muck that can be found in far northern Bayfield and Iron counties <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Wisconsin. In other words it has been ridden hard. It has always been serviced at Schoepp and they have never allowed me to, so to speak put it up wet. Instead, the service I have regularly and routinely received form the people at Schoep West has been instrumental in my being able to take this vehicle all the various on and off road places it has been. I like to think of my experience with this vehicle and Schoep motors like the old commercial slogan for "Timex watches. The Toyota takes a liken and the Schoep people keep it tickin. That was never more evident than in this past week. Thanks Schoep for giving me back a marvelous vehicle that earlier this week I thought was headed to its final resting place. -Joe Maassen

Dec 30, 2011 and I bought a Toyota Corolla and a Nissan CUBE at Schoepp on the west side of Madison. Both times, we had a great, stress free experience. Everyone we worked with at Schoepp was professional, courteous, and even fun from the beginning of the process to the end! Bob is our salesperson. He is knowledgeable about the business, and all details of the car sale. He's a very easy going, down to earth guy. Follow up at Schoepp is a no-brainer....easy in and out for service. We got everything we needed. I recommend Schoepp to friends and family, and I will continue to return when it's time to buy another car. -Shay
Dec 30, 2011 been great. As a first time car buyer I thought it was going to be a very long and anxioty-inducing process. Instead what I found was a very knowledgable and understanding sales staff who bent over backwards to assist me in finding the correct vehicle and answering all my questions every step of the way. Jeff Buck is the antithisis of every used car salesmen stereotype. His upbeat and friendly demeanor was a refreshing change from other dealships I tried. Despite a short credit history, the staff at Schoepp Motors were very patient and accomodating as the financing process was being conducted. Overall, I had a great experience and will highly recommend Jeff Buck and the rest of the Shoepp Motors to my friends and family. While I was at Zimbrick they specifically told me not to come to Schoepp Motors. Their negative review made me want to see for myself. Needless to say, I had a much better experience with Jeff Buck and the rest of the Schoepp Motors family. Thank again -Alex

Jan 26, 2012 I came to Schoepp Motors hoping that i could find an affordable used car, i was willing to pay cash for a car. I thought i was not going to find a affordable car here at first when i seen some of the prices that was out of my price range. Jan 13, 2012 Being a Madison resident I knew that Schoepp motors had been in the area for decades and that was important to me. I Stopped by their new location on 2424 South Stoughton rd. as it was time for a new car. I was very happy with the deal I made with Tom my salesman who was able to work with the other westside location and bring the car I ended buying to the new northside location. While driving back from Upper Michigan I realized my wiper blades were in need of replacing. I phoned Schoepp East and had all of my questions answered.
